The Square restaurant, located at Novotel Nathan Road, Hong Kong, serves delicious Asian and international cuisine favorites, but with a twist Their live cooking stations allow guests to see their food being cooked and interact with the chefs, as their meal is prepared and cooked. The environment is casual and friendly, and dishes focus on fresh, seasonal seafood, meats and vegetables.

The Challenge
Hong Kong is one of the gastronomic centers of the world. There are restaurants on every street corner, so The Square needed a unique website to showcase their unique dining experience and to stand out from the crowd.
The Square wanted a chic website with a user-friendly interface and well presented menus. The booking form needed to be simple to use, and provide the information required by the hotel to confirm the reservation. The reservation system also needed to be easy for the hotel staff to use, and require little time to confirm bookings online.
Inetasia Solution
Inetasia recommended its Microsite Package to promote The Square at Novotel Nathan Road. The Square’s website has 15 pages in English and in Chinese; the design is attractive and usability is excellent, while providing comprehensive information.
Inetasia also included a reservation system to handle online restaurant bookings. The easy-to-use interface allows staff to block dates, unch and dinner times and customize messages for website bookings. In addition it also stores customer information for future marketing activities.

Within one month The Square’s website had generated over 1,000 restaurant reservations. The website receives thousands of visitors per month, though it was launched just 4 months ago. The website consistently achieves over 15% goal conversion.
