Webtrends Analytics Investment Shows Its Value, Quam Renews Inetasia’s Services

Following Inetasia’s successful measurement and analysis of Chinese customer data, publicly listed financial services provider Quam Limited (SEHK: 952) has renewed its analytics services agreement with the leading Asian-based Internet consultancy.
Quam, the Hong Kong-based comprehensive financial services group, will continue to benefit from the unified analytics power of Webtrends On Demand, the enterprise level analytics solution supplied by Inetasia.
Webtrends On Demand will continue to provide Quam with a powerful analytics platform capable of delivering flexible, scalable, segmented and dynamic unified analytics that provides actionable customer intelligence across web, social and mobile channels.
Webtrends On Demand enables Quam to streamline analytics reporting data, while tracking both individual user behavior and content interactions.
Inetasia was tasked with delivering a solution to help Quam successfully measure and analyze data stemming from China, the group’s second largest market – a challenge it faced with its previous analytics solution. The detailed insights provided by Webtrends on Demand have been invaluable to Quam’s marketing staff for creating relevant content across a variety of digital properties.
Webtrends On Demand delivers additional advantages, including the ease of having no hardware or software to manage (being a cloud platform), thus requiring less resources, easy integration with other systems via Webtrends API, industry-leading data privacy and security features, comprehensive reporting, and a marketing-friendly interface.
Inetasia’s agreement with Quam includes Webtrends Professional Services, in which Inetasia’s analytics team provides technical and functional expertise. Areas of assistance include training, custom reporting, and best practices consulting, ensuring Quam gets the most out of its online marketing investments.
The agreement also sees Inetasia providing Quam with its proprietary Campaign Manager solution - a platform that offers fully customizable dimensions for every campaign and real-time insights into customer data and interactions across a client’s digital communications. The solution saves marketing costs by enabling users to reduce the need for IT support and coding expertise. By focusing on ROI, Quam is able to focus marketing spend on effective channels and optimize non-performing channels and campaigns.
